Set up an Account

Before you can use Accelerator, you must set up an account.

Launch Vertica Accelerator and select Sign up. From there, follow the on-screen instructions. Afterward, you wil receive a confirmation email with a link to activate your account. Once you have clicked the link and successfully activated your account, you will be able to sign in to Vertica Accelerator.

Once signed up, you must be added to a customer account group by the Vertica operations team. If you are the first Accelerator user in your organization, the Vertica operations team will create a new customer account group for you and you will need to set up cross-account linking.

If not your organization’s first Accelerator user, you will be added to your organization’s existing customer account group and you can get started with creating and creating and connecting to your first database.

Accelerator accounts are managed using Okta, a third-party access and identity management platform.
